H1N1: Episode 1
It was back on 18 August 2009, Tuesday…
Morning
Like always, mama prepare u for ur school. Drove u there. U were just like any other day. Nothing unusual.
Afternoon
Teacher called me. BB Zihni temperature is high. The medicine they gave u didn’t work. Mama quickly drove to school. Pick u up.
It was 2pm** when we arrived at Pusat Pakar Kanak-kanak An Nur. Ayah was not there yet. It turned out that the doctor will only be available at 3pm**. We waited outside the clinic. Zihni was so silent. Not like usual.
3pm
They opened the clinic. Though that we were the 1st that arrive, but they cut our line. So, we are the 3rd (or may be 4th) in the list. While waiting for our name to be called, ayah arrived.
OK. Our turn.
Dr Arbaiyah was quite surprise. Zihni was not as usual. So silent. Ur fever is quite high. The Dr asked mama & ayah, which hospital we prefer? Hospital? Zihni will be admitted to hospital. U were suspected for H1N1. Dr decided that Zihni will be going to Subang Jaya Medical Hospital (SJMC). She called her friend and asked he favour to take care of Zihni while u were there.
Then we moved to the emergency unit, next door. They put u on so many wires. Mama could not bare to see Zihni like that. They also put u in head box to supply u with oxygen. U were crying so loud. U refuse ur milk.
i can’t help it. mama almost cry. mama called Mak Lang doctor telling her what had happen. she asked me to be calm and always update her if there’s any new on u…

We were in the ambulance taking u to the hospital. Ayah followed us in myvi.
