How To Chase Away My Anger?

The title explained everything. How ah? Can you please make a suggestion?

I heard from somewhere (may be from TV), what i need to do is write everything on a paper. and burned it. and then u will not feel angry anymore.

what i did was wrote all things that i wanna complain but couldn’t find the right listener in my diary. but hey. still feeling angry la… why ah? or should i burn the diary?

uhuhu… sayang la… all my down time was written in it. most of the things written was the sad sad moment i had. why? because i’m not good in expressing my feelings. i afraid people might understood me. no one understands. only my diary can be trusted. she won’t tell my secret to anyone. she’s a loyal friend.

    uihh takyah bakar kot… mmg kdg2 kemarahan tu terpaksa dipendam.. utk setengah2 org, bila dia marah sampai menangis, amarah+kecewa dia skit sebanyak jd reda.. lg 1 ubat marah, ialah tido. hehehe… tp ubat yg plg mujarab, apa lagi, amik wudhuk ler.. huhu!!

    klu x silap ada hadith sebut, kalau masa marah tu kita duduk, cpt2 bangun. kalau tgh berdiri, cpt2 duduk. atau walk away.. buatla apa2 yg bleh buat kita jd lega walau sekejap, tp jgn smpi situasi jd lebih buruk lak… ;)
