		<description>uihh takyah bakar kot... mmg kdg2 kemarahan tu terpaksa dipendam.. utk setengah2 org, bila dia marah sampai menangis, amarah+kecewa dia skit sebanyak jd reda.. lg 1 ubat marah, ialah tido. hehehe... tp ubat yg plg mujarab, apa lagi, amik wudhuk ler.. huhu!! 

klu x silap ada hadith sebut, kalau masa marah tu kita duduk, cpt2 bangun. kalau tgh berdiri, cpt2 duduk. atau walk away.. buatla apa2 yg bleh buat kita jd lega walau sekejap, tp jgn smpi situasi jd lebih buruk lak... ;)</description>
