Red Alert!
My baby has conjunctivitis.
Poor little Zihni. It all started last week. That Monday (25-01-2040), when i picked him up, there was a little boy with watery eyes. But at that time, i didn’t suspect anything. the next day, when i picked Zihni up, i saw his eyes were watery and there’s eye crust (gound) around his right eye.
ohohoho… sakit mata la pulak!
Me and hubs took him to clinic that night. The doctor gave him eye drop, eye gel, medicine for fever, medicine for flu (because his eyes look swollen). Doc said Zihni will recover soon. Less than 5 days to heal.
So susah la to give him those medicine. He knew if we are going to put the eye drop, so he moves around to mengelak la…
I took 2 days break the following day. And on friday, hubs was on leave (replacement leave for Thaipusam).
On Saturday, he didn’t look any better. We took him to see the doctor again. Doc gave him different medicine. He said it was virus. and he also gave Zihni antibiotic.
Today, there still yellow eye crust when he wakes up in the morning. nampak macam sepet je. mata x leh bukak penuh. ehehe… and the eyes sometimes look swollen but sometimes look fine. hhhmmm…. i hope he will fully recover soon.
